The Fabulous Frankfurter received a gold medal for its exceptional flavor and texture. Additionally, the Portuguese Chouriço was awarded a gold medal, showcasing Oscar’s skill in blending unique ingredients and traditional techniques. Oscar’s also received silver medals for their Melt In Your Mouth Wagyu Salami, Super Awesome Salami Stick, and Signature Free Range Double Smoked Beef. These accolades highlight their dedication to crafting meats with authentic flavors, combining European recipes and local ingredients.
